The 21st century biological science and entrepreneurship meet in the Center of Food and Fermentation Technologies (TFTAK). TFTAK is an R&D company based on extensive use of modern analytical methods, systems biology and synthetic biology principles, aiming at development and introduction of innovative food and fermentation technologies.


Main responsibilities:
·       Analyses and interpretation of research papers
·       Planning of experiments and developing plant-based products according to the project aims
·       Analysing and summarizing the results
·       Supporting the team in the laboratory with upcoming tasks

Personal characteristics:
·       Ability to plan own working hours
·       Flexible and independent
·       Good team-worker
·       Good stress tolerance
·       Responsible and punctual

·       Master’s degree in Natural Science (preferably in food technology)
·       Interested in plant-based food
·       Eager to develop innovative products
·       Excellent written and spoken English
·       Previous experience as a product developer is an advantage
