We offer fast non-targeted measurements so called fingerprinting for quality control of your products and raw material. Minimum sample preparation, maximum three minutes per sample, portable sampling in a plant environment with possible in-line screening will insure the highest quality with minimum input.



Correlation of fluorescence spectrometry data with descriptive sensory and GC-olfactometry data allows prediction of sensory parameters of an unknown product.
These studies have been carried out on processed herbs, taco spice mix, chili and paprika, lemon pepper, etc.
