We provide metagenomic sequencing service of bacterial consortia by 16S rRNA and fungal composition by ITS2 protocols from wide spectra of sources, including but not limited to environmental, soil, plant and food samples and technological chains to check quality or manufacturing parameters and evaluate bacteria or fungi presence depending on the task. For bacteria samples, we offer whole genome sequencing (WGS) as well.
In our facility, we possess state-of-the-art iSeq 100 sequencer (Illumina) based on complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology. This latest optimised one-channel sequencing by synthesis (SBS) technology significantly reduces sequencing costs while maintaining high data quality, allowing us to provide fast and quality sequencing service.
Our workflow starts with DNA extraction and ends with the full report generation, including bioinformatic data analysis using Bion, mothur, QIIME, DADA2 pipelines for amplicon sequencing and MetaPhlAn2, HUMAnN2 for WGS interpretation.
