FoodMicro 2018

Our food technology experts Ene Viiard and Irina Stulova will present their work in 26th International ICFMH Conference – FoodMicro 2018 from September 3rd – 6th 2018.

Ene Viiard’s topic will be “Selection of fast acidifying starters for rye and wheat sourdoughs” and Irina Stulova will focus on “Suitability of commercial dairy starter cultures for fermentation of non-dairy milks”.
